Welcome to our April newsletter. Since I last wrote, the clocks have sprung forward, we have enjoyed Easter and lockdown restrictions in England have begun to ease.
There is every reason to feel optimistic as we welcome people back to the gym, prepare for group exercise resuming next month and look forward to greater freedom to work and socialise in groups once again. Like everyone else, we will proceed with caution and maintain social distancing in our work, but we can’t help feeling things are looking up and we have a spring in our step.
