Welcome to our January newsletter which heralds the start of what we hope will be a happy, productive and inspiring year. January always feels like a ‘reboot’ month as we return from the seasonal break and look afresh at the new year ahead. It’s also a time to re-evaluate and remind ourselves of our goals.
Here at Active IQ, we have lost no time getting back to the business of providing first-class qualifications, assessments, resources and services. We have received and analysed the results of our 2021 Customer Survey and will be taking your comments on board as we shape our plans going forwards. Thank you, as ever, for bringing honest feedback to us: we value and appreciate this and look carefully at all the areas where we can improve - while taking pleasure in hearing what we’re doing well too!
