This podcast was a delight to record. I was joined by Dale Forsdyke from York St John University, who are an Active IQ approved centre. Dale is not just an academic but a clinician working with the FA as well as other organisations. At York St John University, he is a lecturer on the University Sports Therapy and Strength and Conditioning courses.

Dale is also supporting the Active IQ team in re-developing our new Corrective Exercise qualification. This qualification has been written from the ground up to help a range of exercise professionals to help their clients move better. We believe in evidenced based qualifications and by teaming up with some of the best academics and clinicians in the field we feel we have achieved this! During this podcast, I discuss Dale’s work, the evidence and aims of corrective exercises, as well as some other key topics.
