The Level 1 Award in Fitness and Physical Activity is designed to provide learners with an understanding of the principles of exercise and fitness, healthy eating and the active leisure industry.
There are no entry requirements.
Learners must complete 6 credits from the Mandatory Group A, a minimum of 1 credit from Group B and 2 credits from Group C. A total of 9 credits must be achieved.
