Active IQ Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Personal Training

The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Personal Training is aimed at exercise and fitness instructors who are capable of planning, delivering and evaluating a series of personal training sessions/exercise programmes independently, and are looking to confirm competence within an occupational role.

Learners (aged 16+) must be working in a health and fitness environment as a fitness instructor and/or personal trainer.

As this is a competency-based qualification, learners will need to be assessed in the workplace.

Learners must achieve 9 mandatory units (48 credits) and may complete the additional units if appropriate.
