Introducing Parnassus, your new Registration and Certification system
From early September 2021 all registrations and certificate claim requests transitioned to our new system Parnassus, an industry-leading web-based learner management system, replacing the existing Quartzweb system.
Guidance documentation and video tutorials have been created to assist centres in this transition.
Why have we made this change?
This change in systems is part of a longer-term digital strategy to both ensure that centres have access to the most optimal and user-friendly applications and also allow Active IQ to optimise its internal processes and ability to support its customers.
How does this system differ from Quartzweb?
Like Quartzweb, Parnassus is entirely web-based. Registrations can be submitted online either via a .csv upload or using an on-screen editor. Likewise, certificate requests can be uploaded via .csv file or generated using an on-screen wizard process.
