Results for these qualifications will be provided to centres in advance of results days, and in sufficient time for exams officers to check and prepare them for final release to learners.
For Active IQ to satisfy the regulators we will need to collect the following information from your centre.
- Confirm the main contact and the exams officer for each centre.
- Confirm a senior point of contact (this must be someone who is available out of term-time in case of urgent queries or in the event that something goes wrong). This contact must be in addition to the main contact or exam officer.
- Confirm with learners if they intend to use their Active IQ qualification to progress to further or higher education.
To ensure our information about learner progression is accurate we will be introducing a term time checkpoint, at the end of April.
Key Dates
Dates for academic year 2024/25 to be confirmed shortly.
Term time checkpoint
As part of the checkpoint, you will need to confirm the following:
- All learners who are currently on programme have been asked whether they intend on using their results to progress onto further or higher education.
- Which of these learners are due to complete at the end of this academic year and receive a qualification certificate.
- Those learners who wish to use their certification to progress to further or higher education.
You must advise us as a matter of urgency if you have any learners who are not registered and if there are any learners who are no longer on programme and need to be withdrawn.
