The role of a leisure duty manager is to manage the day-to-day front-line operation of a leisure facility and promote customer wellbeing throughout the organisation. It involves making sure that customers can make effective use of the services on offer, encouraging them to adopt and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Leisure duty managers are key to identifying and driving improvements, ensuring staff can support individual customer needs.
