EPA delivery method: Remote assessment
Community Sport and Health Officers (CSHOs) initiate behaviour change in local residents, encouraging engagement in sport and physical activity. A full understanding of behaviour change principles is required, with an ability to adapt delivery methods, knowledge of how to manage and lead colleagues or volunteers, and experience of developing sports or physical activity programmes.
