Customer training sessions
Active IQ offers bespoke face-to-face training sessions to support approved centres in delivering, assessing and internally quality assuring qualifications with best practice. In addition to this, training sessions can be scheduled to meet a particular centre requirement, or to facilitate standardisation and the sharing of best practice techniques, for example, how to plan smart IV activities.
All attendees of a training session receive copies of the resources used within the training. To request a bespoke training event, please contact your allocated EV.
The face-to-face training sessions include (where relevant):
- qualification and assessment structure
- programme delivery and assessment best practice
- internal verification guidelines and requirements
- standardisation activity.
Pre-recorded eClinics
Active IQ offer a large variety of pre-recorded eClinics for approved centres who want to increase their understanding and develop or reinforce best practice in line with specific qualification guidance. This training offer provides flexible options to centres in the form of pre-recorded videos with an accompanying worksheet confirming attendance and understanding of the training material. As with all of our eClinic training, a certificate of attendance is issued.
