- NCFE Portal: A secure online platform used to manage key centre processes, including learner registrations, certification and access to qualification information. From 2 November 2026, registrations and certification for eligible live regulated Active IQ qualifications will be managed through the NCFE Portal.
- Active Intel: A web-based centre management system used to support communication, quality assurance activities and centre administration for Active IQ technical qualifications, legacy qualifications and International Programmes of Study.
- Centre Training Sessions: Bespoke customer training sessions designed to help centres develop their knowledge and understanding of Active IQ qualifications, systems and processes.
