Customer training sessions
Bespoke training sessions are available to support approved centres with the delivery, assessment and internal quality assurance of qualifications.
Sessions can be scheduled to meet specific centre requirements, or to support standardisation and the sharing of best practice across qualification delivery and assessment.
Topics covered may include:
- qualification and assessment structure
- programme delivery and assessment best practice
- internal verification guidelines and requirements
- standardisation activity.
Training resources are provided to attendees to be used in the session.

Pre-recorded eClinics
Access a range of pre-recorded eClinics designed to support Tutor, Assessor and IQA roles, helping approved centres reinforce best practice and maintain quality standards.
eClinics provide flexible access to training through online videos and accompanying learning materials to check knowledge and understanding. Certificates of attendance are issued on completion.
