Actions you need to take

To prepare for this process, it’s vital that all centre data remains accurate and the correct status is recorded for learners expecting a result for the 2026-27 academic year.

Registrations

Before results can be delivered, learners must be registered within the required timescales. As part of the registration process, you must indicate whether a learner will likely require their result to progress to further or higher education at the end of the academic year (August 2027). To request a registration form, or for any further guidance on the registration process, please contact the Customer Support Team.

Reviewing learner progression status

To review the status of learners and ensure their information is accurate and up to date, run the ‘Registrations in Progress for Eligible HE Qualifications’ report in Parnassus:

To run the report:

  1. Open the Reporting tab in Parnassus.
  2. Select 'Registrations in Progress for Eligible HE Qualifications'.
  3. Complete the relevant report criteria, including:
    • Qualification ID (leave as All to include all eligible qualifications delivered by your centre)
    • Registration date range
  4. Selecting View Report.

The report will display learner and qualification information, including their progression status, which will allow centres to identify and correct any inaccuracies.

Changes to learner progression status

If a learner changes their status at any point during the academic year, you must let us know as soon as possible. Please contact the Customer Support Team to notify us of any changes.

Consequences of failure to meet deadlines for information requests

As stated in your centre agreement, you must comply with all requirements for the provision of information to us within the specified timeframes. If your centre fails to respond to term-time checkpoint requests for information, this may be considered in breach of our centre agreement.
