Declaration and Term-time Check

Declaration and Term-time Check

This declaration and term-time checkpoint forms part of the timely delivery of results process for vocational technical qualifications (VTQs).

To support the timely delivery of results, you will need to confirm the following:

  • All learners who are currently on programme have been asked whether they intend on using their results to progress onto further or higher education.
  • Which of these learners are due to complete at the end of this academic year and receive a qualification certificate.
  • Those learners who wish to use their certification to progress to further or higher education.

You must also advise us as a matter of urgency if you have any learners who are not registered and if there are any learners who are no longer on programme and need to be withdrawn. This must be completed by 31 January 2027.

Declaration and Term-time Checkpoint

To complete the term-time check, you will need to run a report in Parnassus. This will show you all the learners you have registered on in scope qualifications. Once you have downloaded the report, you will need to review the column ‘Progress to FE HE’ to ensure learners' progress is accurately reported.
