We offer a replacement certificate service if your originally issued certificate has been misplaced, stolen, or damaged.
A replacement certificate is an electronic replica of your original certificate. There is a fee of £15 (plus VAT) for replacement certificates. Please refer to our Fees and Pricing document for further details.

Once we have received your request, we will aim to contact you within two working days to confirm whether we are able to issue you with a replacement, and to take payment (BACS or card payment). We also may contact your training provider for additional verification.
We aim to issue replacement certificates within 5 days of receipt of payment.
Replacement certificates can only be requested for qualifications awarded within the last 10 academic years (from the date of application).
