International FAQs

Our international programmes offer a unique vocational pathway that prepares learners for careers in the health and fitness sector, specifically tailored for markets outside the UK. With our cutting-edge curriculum and industry-recognised standards mapped to ICREP and E-REP, we provide a competitive advantage for those looking to succeed in the global fitness industry. These programs allow for more localised delivery and provide a similar level of quality assurance and technical knowledge as our UK-centric qualifications. Both Active IQ qualifications and International Programmes of Study provide routes to becoming a qualified and skilled fitness professional, they simply cater to different markets.

Our international programmes are designed specifically for markets outside the UK and are not regulated by UK authorities. Therefore, they cannot be delivered in the UK.

While our programmes are mapped to industry standards, we cannot guarantee direct access to registers as they are voluntary and operate in a self-regulated market in each territory. However, we do provide vocational pathways that lead to employment in the industry. Please check with your local register for any additional requirements they may have.

As an approved centre, you will have access to a dedicated team of Business Development, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service professionals who will assist with your set-up, operation, and quality assurance needs.

Our programmes are hosted on Active IQ’s Learning Management System, providing learners with access to assessments and eManuals. Additionally, approved centres receive Programmes of Study, detailed content, and bespoke support through quality assurance.

Our programmes are currently assessed in English, but delivery can be conducted in a local language. We are open to discussing the translation of assessments when required.

Our international programmes provide learners with key skills and knowledge to work in the health and fitness sector. However, it is important to note that employers in different countries may have their own employment requirements, such as work visas. Please check locally.
