Introduction
The Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service provides learners with a combination of both essential customer service knowledge and skills that is required for those who wish to pursue or further a career in customer service.

There are no specific entry requirements.
As this is a competency-based qualification, learners will need to be assessed in the workplace.
Qualification structure
Learners must complete a minimum of 55 credits. Learners must achieve all 6 units (31 credits) from mandatory Group A and a minimum of 15 credits from optional Group B. A maximum of 9 credits can come from optional Group C.
