Introduction

The Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership qualification is aimed at supporting those working as managers, senior managers, heads of department, directors and those working in a range of other senior management positions.

Entry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements.

As this is a competency-based qualification, learners will need to be assessed in the workplace.

Qualification structure

To achieve the Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership qualification, learners must achieve:

• A minimum of 53 credits.
• Complete all four units in Mandatory Group A (22 credits)
• Complete a further 23 credits from Optional Group B and a maximum of 8 credits from Optional Group C.

• Portfolio of Evidence.
• Practical Demonstration/Assignment.
